Kids Art Classes

Young artists explore art history, basic theory, and technique by using art masters past and present as their guides. Small class sizes provide individualized attention and art materials are high quality.

"I couldn't believe my son came home talking about James Castle! A lot of the original art in my home is from self-taught artists. I appreciate you recognizing this group of important, dedicated artists along side of the other major artists you discuss.
Thanks so much for making such a wonderful art experience for my boys!"
Artist of the Week:
Pop Art
Six week session of weekly classes for elementary age artists. This session will focus on Pop Art. Soup cans, gumball machines and giant hamburgers are fun, but are they art? We will explore this question and the lives, motivations and techniques of the artists who answered it, then apply what we've learned to our own art. The session begins the week of April 11 and will end with a virtual exhibit of student work. $125 includes all materials and supplies. Online instruction will be provided to finish out the session if in-person classes must be discontinued due to COVID-19. Register today as class sizes are limited to allow for social distancing.
